These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 29be online gaming platform. By accessing or using any part of 29be, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Section 1
Acceptance of Terms

The 29be platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while the account remains active:
- You are 18 years of age or older. The minimum age to use 29be is 18. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
- You are registering and using the account in your own name and on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You are not self-excluded from the 29be platform or from any other online gaming platform to which a cross-platform exclusion applies.
- You have not previously had a 29be account closed or suspended by 29be for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for any other disciplinary reason.
- You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of 29be or any of its affiliated game studio or payment processing partners.
29be reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point — including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a support request. Acceptable documentation includes a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.
Where a player is found to have misrepresented their age, 29be will immediately close the account, void all wagers placed during the period of underage use, and return any net deposits (excluding winnings derived from underage play) after completing a verification process. 29be takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any relevant investigative authority.
Section 3
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of services on the 29be platform, including placing wagers and making deposits, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.
Account Information Requirements
At the time of registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and a date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older. You must keep this information current — if any details change, you are required to update your account profile or notify support at [email protected] within 14 days.
One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 29be platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the individual will be closed and any pending withdrawals will be suspended pending investigation.
Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. You must choose a strong password and must not share it with any other person. 29be strongly recommends enabling any additional security measures offered within the account settings. You must notify 29be immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 29be will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

- Log out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.

Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the 29be platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and balance adjustments — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 29be does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players are not subject to currency conversion fees on transactions processed within the platform.

Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit on 29be is ৳500 BDT. The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 BDT. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method selected. Players who have completed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification are eligible for higher transaction limits.
Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within one to six hours of submission. Requests submitted via bank transfer may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. 29be does not charge a withdrawal fee on the platform side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 29be accepts no responsibility.
Deposit Ownership & Source of Funds
All funds deposited to your 29be account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. 29be reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, 29be offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms, all bonuses issued by 29be carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms and conditions at the time the offer is communicated. Players should read the individual bonus terms carefully before opting in to any promotional offer.
Bonus Validity Periods
All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the account without compensation. Expiry dates are displayed within the Bonus section of the player account dashboard.
Bonus Abuse & Exploitation
29be employs fraud detection systems that monitor bonus usage patterns across all accounts. Practices including but not limited to the following constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once.
- Coordinating wagering activity with other players to artificially meet wagering requirements.
- Using bonus funds exclusively on games that are excluded from bonus wagering contribution calculations.
- Placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to reduce financial risk while meeting wagering requirements.
29be's determination of whether bonus abuse has occurred is final. Players who dispute a bonus-related decision are entitled to raise a formal complaint through the process described in the Complaints section of these Terms & Conditions.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of 29be, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment — and in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 29be platform:
- Fraudulent activity: Including but not limited to using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an account.
- Collusion: Coordinating play with other players in any game mode — including live casino tables — to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
- Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated software to interact with the 29be platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or incorrect odds to place wagers at an artificial advantage. Any winnings arising from exploited errors will be voided.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with 29be support staff or other players in any community feature of the platform.
- Impersonation: Attempting to access another player's account or impersonating another individual or entity when communicating with 29be.
- Money laundering: Using the 29be platform to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. 29be is required by its obligations to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
Where 29be determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, void relevant wagers and winnings, and permanently close the account. Legal action may be pursued in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or significant financial harm to the platform or other users.
Section 7
Intellectual Property
All content on the 29be platform — including but not limited to the 29be brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of 29be or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 29be platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the 29be platform or its content.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 29be content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any 29be software or application.
- Use the 29be brand name or logo in any marketing, promotional, or commercial material without prior written consent.
- Frame or mirror any portion of the 29be website on any third-party website or platform.

Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 29be and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the 29be platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or expected winnings due to technical interruption, server downtime, or network failure.
- Financial losses resulting from your own gambling decisions or from your use of bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the applicable bonus terms.
- Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
- Delayed or failed withdrawals caused by the policies or technical limitations of third-party payment providers such as bKash or Nagad.
- Interruption of service during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods, for which 29be will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable.
Where 29be is found liable for a proven loss directly caused by its own negligence, that liability shall in all cases be limited to the value of the funds held in your 29be account at the time the cause of action arose. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and does not affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.
Amendments to These Terms
29be reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be sent to the registered email address on file and will also be displayed prominently on the 29be website for a period of not less than 14 days prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 29be platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved informally through the 29be complaints process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 29be will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
